Directions - Use any floss or mouthwash. Next, put one tablet in your mouth and chew the tablet until it has fully crushed. Wet your Brush Fresh toothbrush, and brush for 2 minutes (recommended by the NHS) using a circular motion - taking care to brush all teeth surfaces. Spit the toothpaste out but do not rinse - this keeps the healthy ingredients in the toothpaste in contact with your teeth for longer.
